• In the Matter of the Intestate Estate of Kalupahanage Mendias de 
  Silva of K atukoliha, deceased. 
  THIS matter coming on for disposal before G. A. Baumgartner, E sq., District Judge of Galle, on the 28th day of July, 1906, in the presence of Mr. F. J. de Vos, Proctor, on the part of the petitioner Wadumestrige Sophi Nona of K atukoliha; and the affidavit of the petitioner dated 27th 'Ju ne, 1906, having been read : It is ordered that the sixth respondent Wadumestrige Thomas of Hennatota be appointed guardian ad litem— (1) Kalupahanage Penis de Silva, (2) Kalupahanage Lenti Nona, (3) Kalupahanage Juli Nona, (4) Kalupahanage Lily Nona, (5) Kalupahanage Desi Nona, unless the respondents shall, on or before the 16th day of July, 1906, show sufficient cause to the satisfaction of this court to the contrary. 
  It is further ordered and decreed that the said ,
  Wadumestrige Sophi Nona is the widow of the deceased, and that she is as such entitled to have letters of administration issued to her accordingly, unless the respondents (1) Kalupahanage Penis de Silva, (2) Kalupahanage Lenti Nona, (3) Kalupahanage Juli Nona, (4) Kalupahanage Lily Nona, (5) Kalupahanage Desi Nona, and (6) Wadumestrige Thomas of Hennatota shall on or before the 16th day of July, 1906, show sufficient cause to the satisfaction of this court to the contrary.
